#KanyeWest had a multi platinum selling single called "gold digger" depicting women wanting men for the wrong reasons. The Torah gives an example of #Israelites women using jewelry to lift up mankind:
A #Midrash noted that in the incident of the Golden Calf, in Exodus 32:2, Aaron told them, "Break off the golden rings that are in the ears of your wives," but the women refused to participate, as #Exodus 32:3 indicates when it says, "And all the people broke off the golden rings that were in their ears."
