do you believe in karma?

Do you believe in #karma?

The concept of karma as it relates to "one God" comes from Torah not #Hinduism or #Buddhism.#seriously!

Karma is just another way of saying your thoughts and actions create reality. Actions create reality. you do good you get good. you do bad you get bad. You lift up others God lifts you up!

Okay, what does #Buddhist consider karma?

"Hinduism, Buddhism defines karma as  actions, seen as bringing upon oneself inevitableresults, good or bad, either in this life or in a reincarnation"

Everybody knows the story of #Qayin & #Hevel in the #Bible?.. in my opinion this is one of the best examples of karma being articulated by Gd in Torah.

Setting: In a conversation with God Cain instinctively feels negative repercussions coming because he just murdered his brother Able. Standing in front of God Cain pleads for his life, the almighty replies to him by saying:

Bereishit 4:15) And the Lord said to him, "Therefore, whoever kills Cain, vengeance will be wrought upon him sevenfold,".

Rashi says; "vengeance will be wrought upon him sevenfold" meaning,  I do not wish to wreak vengeance upon Cain now. At the end of seven generations, I will wreak My vengeance upon him, for Lemech, one of his grandchildren, will rise up and slay him.

I wonder if God gave Cain a seven years grace period as an opportunity to repent (asking God for forgiveness)changing himself, grow as an individual? According to rashi this is how Cain was killed by his great-grandson. Karma is cray:

Rashi says; "Lamech first loses his sight from age, and had to be led by Cain, the seventh generation from Cain. Lemech saw in the distance something that he first took for an animal, but it was actually Cain whom Lamech had accidentally killed with an arrow. When they discovered who it was, Lamech, in sorrow, clapped his hands together, which (for an unclear reason) kills Cain. In consequence, Lamech's wives desert him.

"do good get good, do bad things get bad things; ask for forgiveness, change your actions.. thus changing your karma"
