Sometimes I wonder:
Was Yoseph's falling (being thrown) into a pit, in total despair, total hopelessness, total darkness
but miraculously having a rescuer, saving him seconds before imminent destruction/death -
a precursor to later generations of the Israelites falling (forced into slavery) into despair, falling into the deepest levels of hopelessness/darkness while in Egypt -
only to have God's Torah, rescue them, rescue all of humanity (seconds before total destruction)?
"Correlating it to our own lives - to which, we may spiritually fall at times but knowing while going through the darkness - that only God can bring us out.."
