Interesting ideas surrounding the 1st of #Nisan which happened to start tonight (right now!) :
Rav Assi of Hozna'ah deduced from the words, “And it came to pass in the first month of the second year, on the first day of the month,” in #Exodus 40:17 that the #Tabernacle was erected on the "1st of Nisan".
With reference to this, a #Tanna taught that the first of Nisan took ten crowns of distinction by virtue of the ten momentous events that occurred on that day. The first of Nisan was: (1) the first day of the #Creation (#Genesis 1:1–5), (2) the first day of the princes’ offerings (Numbers 7:10–17), (3) the first day for the #priesthood to make the sacrificial offerings (#Leviticus 9:1–21), (4) the first day for public sacrifice, (5) the first day for the descent of fire from Heaven (Leviticus 9:24), (6) the first for the priests’ eating of sacred food in the sacred area, (7) the first for the dwelling of the #Shechinah in Israel (Exodus 25:8), (8) the first for the Priestly Blessing of #Israel (Leviticus 9:22, employing the blessing prescribed by Numbers 6:22–27), (9) the first for the prohibition of the high places (as stated in Leviticus 17:3–4), and (10) the first of the months of the year (#Exodus 12:2).

Noah; why wine?
The next question is: why did Noah choose wine? What's the significance of wine?
Rabbi Eliyahu Yaakov says: "Wine is produced from the material within the grape. It comes from a place that is hidden within, and exemplifies that which is hidden and needs to be brought forth. Likewise, spirituality is hidden in our physical world and needs to be brought forth. For this reason, the numerical value of the Hebrew word for wine, Yayin, is the same as the numerical value of the Hebrew word for secret, Sod. Wine exemplifies the "secret" of the physical – i.e. the spiritual. Therefore, at any spiritual time or event, Torah Judaism attaches wine in order to bring out the spiritual potential inherent in that event. As the Talmud says, "When wine goes in, the secret comes out."
What was the spiritual substance that was concealed after the flood ?
“The light which G-d created on the first day,” says the #Talmud's Rabbi Elazar, “a man could see with it from one end of the world to the other.” “It cannot shine by day,” says the #Midrash Rabba, “it would dim the sun. It cannot shine at night - for it was created only for the day. So where is it? It was hidden. It is preserved for the righteous in the World to Come.” “Where did He hide it?” asks the Zohar, and replies: “In the Torah.”
Wine, secret & the word light in Hebrew all have the same numerical value in Hebrew. Was Noah trying to reveal the concealed light (from the beginning of creation) bringing peace to humanity by planting a vineyard?

drunk in love?
Have you heard #Beyonce and jay-z's new song "drunk in love"?
So do you like drinking red wine or white wine? Ok better question, who was the first person in human history to plant a vineyard? Assuming you believe Gd created everything n existence? have you ever asked yourself where did the concept of becoming #drunk originate from?
The #Torah explains in #Genesis 9:20, #Noah was the first person in history to plant a #vineyard ironically right after Gd destroy planet Earth with a great flood("Noah the tiller of the soil, was the first to plant a vineyard. Noah 9:20).
But where did the concept of becoming drunk originate from? Does the Torah explain why Beyonce is talking about being "#drunkinlove"?
The knowledge of #drunkenness is explained by the #Midrash juss look at the scenario below:
Once while Noah was hard at work, breaking the ground for a vineyard, Satan drew near and inquired what he was doing, "What are you planting?"
Noah: "A vineyard."
Satan: "And what may be the qualities of its fruit?"
Noah: "The fruit it bears is sweet, be it dry or moist. It yields wine that gladdens the heart of man."
Satan: "Let us go into partnership in this business of planting a vineyard."
Noah: "Agreed."
Satan there upon slaughtered a lamb and then in succession a lion, a pig and monkey, and fertilized the soil with each in turn. Thus Satan conveyed to Noah the qualities of wine. If a man drinks one glass, he is as meek as a lamb; if he drinks two glasses, he is boastful and feels as strong as a lion; if he drinks three or four glasses, then behaves like a monkey, he dances around, sings, talks obscenely and does not know what he is doing; and if he becomes intoxicated, he resembles the pig."
Have you ever become a Pig while drinking alcohol? Lol

transformation with Nicki Minaj...
Success will push your dreams forward(forcing you to grow and change)...2 the point were an individual can clearly see the person they used to be. The individuals with courage(superstars)are able to push forward leaving their "old self behind"(old habits old belief systems old self perceptions) . #NickiMinaj wrote an entire song called "dear old Nicki" describing "separation of the old self as you press forward" into the unknown:
"Dear Old Nicki" ~ Nicki Minaj
[Verse 1]
Maybe you died 'cause everybody ask me where you at
I try to channel you in hopes that I could steer you back
But it's like every intersection we just missed each other
You got your fans waiting tell me you ain't 6 feet under
And tell me that you're coming back and you just took a break
Maybe I blamed you for everything that was my mistake
In hindsight I loved your rawness and I loved your edge
'Cause it was you who talked me down from jumping off the ledge
Your earrings bamboo, your long nails too
Your BMW every time you came through
You was the brave heart
You stole Wayne heart
You never switched it up
You played the same part
But I needed to grow
And I needed to know
Were there some things inside of me that I needed to show?
So I just deaded you
Left you in all black
But dear old Nicki
Please call back
[Chorus]
You told me you'd come when I needed you
And you said it so sweetly I believed you
But I'm standing here calling I can't see you
But I am holding you, holding you, holding you to that
[Verse 2]
Yo, did I chase the glitz and glamour
Money, fame and power
'Cause if so that will forever go down my lamest hour
I should've kept you with me getting at them nameless cowards
There was no match for you, couldn't defeat your powers
I had to make them changes, I hope you understood
You see for every bad, I did a ton of good
But you was underground, and I was mainstream
I live the life now, that we would daydream
My only wish is you come enjoy it with me
Get on them conference calls, go meet the lawyers with me
The money came, yeah, tripled and quadrupled it
But I still miss us when we was just on some stupid shit
And it's still fuck the media
They ridiculed you, never believed in you
They just deaded you
Left you in all black
But dear old Nicki
Please call back
[Chorus]
You told me you'd come when I needed you
And you said it so sweetly I believed you
But I'm standing here calling I can't see you
But I am holding you, holding you, holding you to that
And yes I'm holding you, holding you, holding you
And, yes I'm holding you, holding you, holding you

#Seder
("to leap over" part 1)
Does #Karpas mean "fabric" or "green vegetable"?
The word #Karpas in Hebrew has a dual meaning. In #Biblical #Hebrew Karpas means "of a soft colored fabric" at the same time it could also be translated as "a green vegetable".
How does this connect a to #Seder?
#Rashi explaining the special coat of #Yoseph was made of Karpas, "soft colored fabric". When Yaakov gave Yoseph his special coat, Yoseph's brothers became jealous. This led to the brothers selling Yoseph into slavery in Egypt.
So in essence we eat Karpas, as a cognitive tool reminding us the process of how we arrived in Egypt to start with .which was(Living in Egypt)the beginning of the mental slavery/bondage according to the sages.
Utilizing "the #Seder & 8 days of positivity" to transform ourselves(negative attributes into a positive ones)one must 1st start reflecting at the seed level(beginning. Childhood?)of their(internal conflicts)negativity = message of Karpas
I said, start reflecting!
dreams
Kanye West "I wonder":
[Hook]
And I wonder if you know
What it means, what it means
And I wonder if you know
What it means to find your dreams

Nicki Minaj says in her song "last chance":
"All the days of my life, I have been waiting for this time
Could you believe now it's right before my eyes
Anybody trying to stop me, better not mess with me this time Shoot, I'm ready to shoot into the sky"

the torah giving a clear example why we're all destined 4 greatness
Almost everybody has a vision of what their destiny could be. At the same time we create all of these excuses and doubts as to why our dreams aren't reality(fantasies) . (I'm not this, I'm not that, I made this mistake, I lack this talent, I'm not perfect) always looking to past the responsibility of greatness too someone else.(The a+ student, the super star athlete, the best looking People etc)
Everybody knows the story of how Moses took the Isralites out of Egypt. It was obviously destiny for the Israelites to leave Egypt (it was even predicted by Avraham). but look how Moses tries to talk himself out of it when Gd shows him destiny!
Rabbi Nechama Leibowitz writes:
"Five times did Moses refuse the mission he was charged with at the burning bush. Five times did he present his arguments, only to be overruled each time by the Almighty. Let us briefly survey the five rounds:
Then Moses said to God: Who am I to go to Pharaoh, and take the children of Israel out of Egypt? (3:11)
Moses said to God: When I actually come to the children of Israel and say to them and they say to me, What is his name?what shall I say to them? (3:13)
Moses answered and said: But they will never believe me or listen to me, for they will say: The Lord has not appeared to thee. (4:1)
Then Moses said to the Lord I have never been a man of words, neither Yesterday, nor even the day before, nor even since Thou hast spoken to Thy servant; for I am slow of speech and tongue.(4:10)
Finally he said: Send I pray Thee by the hand of whom Thou wilt send. (5:13)
It may be observed that Moses changed his defense in each answer as if he were seeking shelter each time behind another excuse."
Your greatness is destiny. Don't listen to your fear & doubts; according to Torah there total illusions. Trust the visions of greatness Gd has given to you. go all the way; changing world history forever!

It's hard preachin' the gospel to the slums lately
So I had to put the church on the drums, baby
You on a run, baby
You on a run, baby
You think you free but you a slave to the funds, baby
You think you me, but you ain't me, what you done lately?

We on a galaxy the haters cannot visit
That's my reality so get off my Scott Disick
If you ever held a title belt you would know how Michael felt
Tyson, Jackson, Jordan - Michael Phelps
Yeahhh, had to take it to another realm
Cause everything around me got me underwhelmed
Best way to describe my position is at the helm
Best way to describe my new whip - Yeeeaaaalmmp ~ #KanyeWest "the one"

Drake understands everything
I'm living inside a moment, not taking pictures to save it.
I mean, how could I forget? My memories never faded.
I can't relate to these haters, my enemies never made it.
I am, still here with who I started with.
The game needed life, I put my heart in it.
I blew myself up, I'm on some martyr shit.
Carried the weight for my city like a cargo ship.
Uh. I'm 23, with a money tree.
Growing more too, I just planted a hundred seeds.
It's ironic, 'cause my mother was a flourist,
and that's how she met my pops and now my garden is enourmous.
It's happening Penny Lane, just like you said.
I avoided the Coke game, and went with Sprite instead.
Uh huh, that's word to the millions that they putting up.
I'm trying to do better than good enough.
[Chorus]
What am I afraid of? This is suppose to be what dreams are made of.
But people I don't have the time to hang with, always look at me and say the same shit..(they say)
You promised me you would never change.

a Drake type of day...
Done sayin' I'm done playin'
Last time was on the outro
Stuck in the house, need to get out more
I've been stackin' up like I'm fundraising
Most people in my position get complacent
Wanna come places with star girls, end up on them front pages
I'm quiet with it, I just ride with it
Moment I stop having fun with it, I'll be done with it
I'm the only one that's putting shots up
And like a potluck, you need to come with it
Don't run from it, like H-Town in the summertime, I keep it 100 ~ #Drake #toomuch

birthday parties 4 the Egyptian Pharaoh
Are birthday's connected to the ego & magical sorcery; I mean, the act of celebrating/having a party that honors one special day?
The first concept we have in human history of birthdays biblically speaking is in the Torah(Genesis 40:20-22). when the Pharaoh wanted to proclaim His greatness above all creation on the day he was born. the Torah say; "Now it came to pass on the third day, which was Pharaoh's birthday, that he made a feast for all his servants; and he lifted the head of the chief butler and of the chief baker among his servants. Then he restored the chief butler to his butlership again, and he placed the cup in Pharaoh's hand. But he hanged the chief baker".
The tradition also holds that your birth alone is not as significant as the way you live your life. King Solomon is thought to have said, "The day of death is better than the day of one's birth (Ecclesiastes 7:1). As a midrash explains, 'When a person is born, it is not known what he will be like when grown and what his deeds will be – whether righteous or wicked, good, or evil. When he dies, however, if he departs with a good name and leaves the world in peace, people should rejoice."
What does the Torah say specifically about idolatry and celebrating pagan customs?
The Torah says; "There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the LORD" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).
One could argue that throwing a birthday party in your honor is connecting you to the mind/essence/thinking process of the Egyptian Pharaoh. What was the thinking process of the Egyptian Pharaoh, according to the Zohar ?
To quote the mystical words of the Zohar: “G-d summoned Moses into a chamber within a chamber, to the unique, supernal and mighty serpent… But Moses was afraid. Until this point, Moses had only approached the rivers surrounding the serpent (Pharaoh), and he was scared to approach the serpent itself, because Moses saw how profound its roots were on high!”
The Zoharic “serpent” metaphor is based on a description of the prophet Ezekiel. Ezekiel defined Pharaoh as “the great serpent who couches in the midst of his streams, who says: ‘My river is my own, and I have created myself.’” To enter into the center of power of this “great serpent,” the man with a mega-ego who insists “I have created myself,” terrified even Moses.
Happy birthday to you! Lol

7 days of creation and the tabernacle?
After the Israelites received the Torah on Har Sinai. Gd commanded Moses and the Israelites to build a technology for the purpose of downloading his (Gd) presence in our reality (makin Gd's presence accessible). Gd says; "And they shall make me a holy [place], and I may dwell among them (Exodus 25:8)".This technological structure was called "Mishkan" which in Hebrew literally means "residence" or "dwelling place".
In Yalkut MeAm Lo'ez, vol. 10 there's an entire comprehensive breakdown of the instructions to build the Mishkan been correlated to the "seven days of creation". After reading the commentaries I started thinking to myself; maybe the Creator asking us to build a tabernacle was to share the purpose of creation. Which was? Gd created a reality (our world) where His presence could dwell/be manifested:
Commentary source:
Yalkut MeAm Lo'ez, vol. 10
Meaning of the Mishkan (Tabernacle)
Everything in the Mishkan paralleled what G-d had made during the six days of creation.
The curtains of goats' wool paralleled the heaven and the earth. The washstand and its base represented the seas and rivers. The altar and its sacrifices paralleled the animals. The incense altar paralleled all spices and remedies. The menorah paralleled the sun and the moon. Its seven lamps paralleled the seven heavenly bodies: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon. All this comes to teach that making the Mishkan paralleled the creation of heaven and earth and the entire universe.
We thus see that G-d used the same expression in creation as He did when making the Mishkan. When G-d made the universe, He said, "He spread out the heaven like a curtain." (Tehillim 104:2) Regarding the Mishkan G-d also spoke of "curtains of goats' wool."
On the second day G-d said, "Let there be an expanse in the middle of the water and let it divide between water and water." (Bereishit 1:6) G-d wanted there to be a division between the upper water and the lower water. In the Mishkan G-d said, "The cloth barrier shall be a separation for you." (Shemot 26:33) This hanging was a barrier between the sanctuary and the Holy of Holies.
On the third day G-d said, "Let the waters be gathered." (Bereishit 1:9) With regard to the Mishkan G-d said, "You shall make a copper washstand and its base out of copper, and you shall place water there." (Shemot 30:18)
On the fourth day G-d said, "Let there be luminaries in the expanse of the sky." (Bereishit 1:14) With regard to the Mishkan He said, "You shall make its lamps." (Shemot 25:37)
On the fifth day G-d said, "Let the waters teem with living creatures and let birds fly." (Bereishit 1:20) In making the Mishkan, G-d commanded to bring sacrifices of animals and birds.
On the sixth day the Torah says, "G-d created man in His image." (Bereishit 1:27) This indicates that G-d created man for His Glory so that man could serve Him. In the Mishkan G-d commanded to anoint the High Priest to serve Him.
On the Shabbat it says, "G-d finished on the seventh day." (Bereishit 2:2) Regarding the Mishkan it says, "All the work of the Communion Tent Mishkan was completed." (Shemot 39:32)
When the world was created the Torah says, "G-d blessed the seventh day." (Bereishit 2:3) Regarding the Mishkan it says,"Moshe blessed them." (Shemot 39:43)
When the world was created the Torah says, "G-d blessed it." (Bereishit 2:3) Regarding the Mishkan it also says, "He anointed it and sanctified it." (BaMidbar 7:1)
G-d made heaven and earth His witnesses as He said, "I have made heaven and earth as witnesses for you." (Devarim 4:26)Therefore, if the Yisraelim rebel against G-d by not studying His Torah and not keeping His commandments, heaven and earth will be the first ones to take revenge against them and punish them. It is thus written, "The hand of the witnesses shall be against him first to kill him." (Devarim 17:7) Here too, the heaven would punish them; rain would not fall and the earth would not produce its crops.
The Mishkan was similarly a witness for the Yisraelim. As it is written, "These are the accounts of the Mishkan, the ." (Shemot 38:21) The Mishkan and the Temple that followed it stood as witnesses for the Yisraelim. If the Yisraelim rebelled against G-d and did not keep His commandments, the Temple would be taken away as security, twice. This denotes the first and the second Temples, which were destroyed because the Yisraelim rebelled against G-d. Just as the Mishkan parallels the creation of heaven and earth and alludes to everything in the world, it also includes the entire Torah.
We thus see that expressions involving "making" occur 248 times with regard to the Mishkan. This includes such expressions such as "you shall make," "he made," or "they made." The first time such an expression occurs is, "They shall make Me a sanctuary." (Shemot 25:8)
The only expressions that are not counted are those that involve evil such as the making of the Golden Calf, where people said,"Come on, let us make for ourselves gods." (Shemot 32:1) Every expression from here until "And I will know what to do to you" (Shemot 33:5) is not counted.
With these exceptions, the expression "make" or "made" occurs 248 times from the above verse (Shemot 25:8) to the end of the Book of Shemot. This parallels the 248 positive commandments in the Torah. A human being also has 248 limbs. This teaches that if a person keeps the Torah, the world and the Mishkan are sustained. If not, he destroys the world and causes the Holy Temple to be taken as security.
There is another allusion in the 248 expressions denoting "making." When the Yisraelim accepted the Torah they said, "We will do and we will listen." (Shemot 24:7) The expression "we will do" referred to the positive commandments while "we will listen" referred to the negative commandments. The Yisraelim violated the portion of the commandments to which they said, "we will do." G-d therefore commanded them to make the Mishkan, which contained the expression "do" or "make" 248 times. This paralleled the 248 positive commandments that were violated when the Golden Calf was made.

John Mayer learning Torah?
In 2008 John Mayer recorded a live album titled "where's the light?" If #JohnMayer studied a little bit of Torah, he would've already had the answer; just check out the dialogue below:
“The light which G-d created on the first day,” says the #Talmud's Rabbi Elazar, “a man could see with it from one end of the world to the other.”
The #Zohar points out that the Hebrew words ohr (“light”) and roz (“secret”) share the same gamatria, or numerical value.
“It cannot shine by day,” says the #Midrash Rabba, “it would dim the sun. It cannot shine at night - for it was created only for the day. So where is it? It was hidden. It is preserved for the righteous in the World to Come.” “Where did He hide it?” asks the Zohar, and replies: “In the Torah.”

Kim Kardashian networking
I just saw a picture of #KimKardashian at #Ciara birthday shower. I thought to myself wasn't Kardashian at #AmberRose's #babyshower? and also hanging out with #tyga's wife #blacChyna. Then I started to think about the #Kardashians baby clothing line with #Kanye's designing ambitions. after Kanye West and #KimKardashianVogue cover; do you think they're creating an empire?
meaning of my last blog
It's a different take on health in America. Instead of making it about Health make it about persona and "like ah bility".
if your not skinny; what are you?
Let's be honest: #skinny isn't about good health, in fact who cares about good health! it's all about clothes and photographs in high definition. The only reason to eat better is to look better! the only reason to workout is to stand out! #SwagG

Gotta love Nicki Minaj in her song "champion":

everything's moving so fast
Everything is moving so fast. can tell, if I'm too late, right on time or ahead of my time. Everything's moving so fast...
walking everywhere
Walking taught me a few powerful lessons today: 1)there's no goal/destination we can't achieve; as long as we have the stamina to endure the journey. 2)Journeys are more enjoyable in pairs. 3)the journey is much faster when you know where you're going.4) never look back, focus on the present, prepare for the future. 5)the ability to walk is such a gift appreciation with every step.

dreams and greatness!
People think it takes courage to follow your dreams. I disagree, it takes even more courage to hang on for the ride after your dreams manifest. The journey requires you to change, grow and transforming so much. After a while you won't even recognize yourself; asking how did I get here? The journey itself requires you to become something beyond your imagination. It's not about the courage to follow your dreams. ask yourself; do I have the courage to let go of who I think I am to find out who I'm supposed to be? Let go to let Gd grab you; taking you somewhere, you could ever imagine!
Soulmate wait?
3 verses from Drake's song "good ones go" only my soulmate/future wife will understand:
Don't you go getting married, don't you go get engaged
I know you're getting older, don't have no time to waste
I shouldn't be much longer but you shouldn't have to wait
Can't lose you, can't help it, I'm so sorry, I'm so selfish. ~ #Drake #goodonesgo

#Ride
Drake in his song "ride" talks about the craziness that happens right before you make it big. All of silly immature things you do & end up regretting. I can definitely relate lol:
You won't feel me til you want it so bad you tell yourself you’re in it
And tell the world around you that your paperwork is finished
And using your mother's debit cards so you maintain an image
And ride around in overpriced rental cars that ain't tinted
You need a minute? You got it
You know its real when your latest nights are your greatest nights
The sun is up when you get home, that's just a way of life
Apartment 1503: some couches and paintings
When you record with two others that want the same things
It start to feel better than home feels
And so you up there every night, you swear you getting close
That champagne money was for gas and phone bills
But shit, you bout to spend it on what matters most
You drop a couple songs in hopes that you could be the man
And come out every night to let the city see they dude
Telling stories that nobody relate to
And even though they hate you
They just keep on telling you they feel you.. ~ drake

shabbat shalom
Do you want to create something new in your life this Shabbos? what are you talking about silly; you can't create anything new on Shabbos? 39 melachot; duh!
The Midrash taught that what was created on the Sabbath, after God rested, was tranquility, ease, peace, and quiet. The Almighty explains creation so you know what you have access to; just ask!
Shabbat shalom ( shabbat = 7th day of creation) (shalom = acknowledging the accessibility of tranquility, ease, peace and quiet on the 7th day of the week)

Jewish wedding for me
My reflections on rabbi Doniel Katz lecture
The title of rabbi Katz lecture was "secrets to Jewish wedding" but in my opinion his presentation was really about "actualize the potential of life". Meaning Gd gave us life, super capabilities and the technology to actualize it. Technology? Rabbi Daniel Katz explained a Jewish wedding is actually "Spiritual Technology" two people can use, creating a premise/foundation (planting a seed) to actualize the potential (love, unity, peace, joy) of a union between two souls. Even the specific detailed actions in a Jewish marriage ceremony are all Technologies to actualize the potential in that moment n for the bride and groom's marriage . According to Rabbi Kats if used correctly this technology of a Jewish wedding can create a reality beyond imagination for 2 people & the whole world . What do you mean whole world? Rabbi Katz explains the very fabric of the entire universe is designed around marriage or Union between male and female energy forces. For example in pasuk 1:1 bereishit) Torah says; "In the beginning Gd created the heavens (male energy) and the earth (females energy)"; this according to rabbi Katz last night was the first marriage/Union in creation. When standing underneath a Chuppah the Chatan & Kallah draw down into this world the same light existing from the "beginning of creation" into their marriage; and for the whole world. I also loved rabbi's Katz concept of the candles before Shabbat being two separate ones (separation) but during Havdalah the two candles are interwoven (unity). Rabbi Katz is awesome; if you get a chance you should run to check him out! And run to get married! (taking my own advice lol)

have no fear Torah is here
Rabbi Eliezer taught that on the day that Gd said in Genesis 1:9, “Let the waters be gathered together,” Gd laid the foundation for the miracle of the splitting of the sea in the Exodus from Egypt.
So when Gd says;(in Exodus 20:2) "I am the Lord, your God, Who took you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage."
Should I think back to the beginning of creation? If so, can I assume that every "solution" to every "problem" was also built into creation?
Either way point is, go through the process solutions are there; have no fear!

vegetation and good ideas
Nature is so amazing; it's always reminding us that life is constantly growing changing no matter what we do . A great idea is like a seed with the potential to create trees all over the world. Gd laid out the framework of manifestation during creation; look below:
Genesis 1:11) 1. And Gd said, "Let the earth sprout vegetation, seed yielding herbs and fruit trees producing fruit according to its kind in which its seed is found, on the earth," and it was so.
Rabbi Natan Slifkin writes, in his book entitled The Challenge of Creation,
“To some, the idea that “Gd makes the trees grow” has been rendered redundant by the idea that “biological processes, based on chemical and physical laws, make the trees grow.” But the truth is that in formulating scientific explanations for things, we have not removed Gd from the picture; instead, we have discovered a new picture for Him to have drawn.”
"Idea's are seeds, action is the act, of planting them, having faith in Gd, is watching them grow"

until stars appear
When the Torah sages say its established in Babylonian Talmud Berakhot 2 "that day continues until stars appear."
Makes me think about how we have to "work hard in order to become stars ;shining for the whole world."
miracles in disguise
Are disappointments miracles ? Before you answer that let's make sure we're on the same page; of what a miracle is?
The common Hebrew word for miracle is nes (נס), which translates as something that is raised up or elevated.
So in other words: a miracle is an experience that elevates your consciousness(way of perceiving life) ; bringing you closer to God..

how long is a day in Hebrew?
Can the seven days of creation be interpreted four different ways based on the Tanach definition of the Hebrew word YOM? The Tanach has 4 different meanings depending on the context.
1) Yom as in daylight (12 hours)
2)Yom as a single day (24 hours)
3)Yom as a year or two
4)Yom can be an indefinite amount of time, such as the word 'b'yom meaning 'when, or the phrase 'Ad hayom hazeh' (until this day).
Unlike the modern Hebrew and English, biblical Hebrew had no other word for infinity, era or epoch.
Also note: Rashi, on Gen 24:55 translates the word יָמִים as year & Ramban translated the word YOM as era #jussayin
Here's ahh cool blog supporting the idea:

splitting the Red Sea whenever you want!
The world famous "Splitting of the Red Sea": scientific phenomena or a part of creation; like breathing air?
Rabbi Eliezer taught that on the day that God said in Genesis 1:9, “Let the waters be gathered together,” God laid the foundation for the miracle of the splitting of the sea in the Exodus from Egypt. The Pirke De-Rabbi Eliezer recounted that in the Exodus, Moses cried out to God that the enemy was behind them and the sea in front of them, and asked which way they should go. So God sent the angel Michael, who became a wall of fire between the Israelites and the Egyptians. The Egyptians wanted to follow after the Israelites, but they are unable to come near because of the fire. The angels saw the Israelites’ misfortune all the night, but they uttered neither praise nor sanctification, as Exodus 14:20 says, “And the one came not near the other all the night.” God told Moses (as Exodus 14:16 reports) to “Stretch out your hand over the sea, and divide it.” So (as Exodus 14:21 reports) “Moses stretched out his hand over the sea,” but the sea refused to be divided. So God looked at the sea, and the waters saw God’s Face, and they trembled and quaked, and descended into the depths, as Psalm 77:16 says, “The waters saw You, O God; the waters saw You, they were afraid: the depths also trembled.” Rabbi Eliezer taught that on the day that God said in Genesis 1:9, “Let the waters be gathered together,” the waters congealed, and God made them into twelve valleys, corresponding to the twelve tribes, and they were made into walls of water between each path, and the Israelites could see each other, and they saw God, walking before them, but they did not see the heels of God’s feet, as Psalm 77:19 says, “Your way was in the sea, and Your paths in the great waters, and Your footsteps were not known.”[141]

"beach chair"
Jay Z song "beach chair" shares insight about his life, thoughts and fears; while reaching levels very few people have ever imagined:
Life is but a dream to me
I don't wanna wake up
Thirty odd years without having my cake up
So I'm about my paper
24/7, 365,366 in a leap year
I don't know why we here
Since we gotta be here
Life is but a beach chair
Went from having shabby clothes
Crossing over Abbey Roads
Hear my angels singing to me
Are you happy HOV?
I just hope I'm hearing right
Karma's got me fearing life
Colleek are you praying for me
See I got demons in my past
So I got daughters on the way
If the prophecy's correct
Then the child should have to pay
For the sins of a father
So I barter my tomorrows
Against my yesterdays
In hopes that she'll be OK
And when I'm no longer here
To shade her face from the glare
I'll give her my share of Carol's Daughter
and a new beach chair
Life is but a dream Can't mimic my life
I'm the thinnest cut slice
Intercut, the winner's cup
With winters rough enough
TO interrupt life
That's why I'm both
The saint & the sinner
Nice
This is Jay everyday
No compromise
No compass comes with this life
Just eyes
So to map it out
You must look inside
Sure books can guide you
But your heart defines you
Chica
You corason is what brought us home
In great shape like Heidi Klum
Maricon, I am on
Permanent Vaca
Life is but a beach chair
This song is like a Hallmark card
Until you read each here
So till she's here
And she declared
The aire
I will prepare.
Life is but a dream to me
I don't wanna wake up
Thirty odd years without having my cake up
So I'm about my paper
24/7, 365,366 in a leap year

purpose in creation
the RaMCHaL: posited that God’s purpose in creation was to give a gift from God’s good to another being. Since God is perfect, it would have been insufficient for God to give merely a partial good. Rather, God would have to give the ultimate good that God’s creation — humankind — could receive. As God is the true good, that ultimate good is found in God. Allowing God’s creatures to become more attached to God would thus allow them to experience this ultimate receivable good. Thus, the purpose of creation was to bring into existence a creature who could derive pleasure from God’s own good. God further recognized that for humanity to most enjoy this good, humanity would have to feel that humanity had earned it. God therefore arranged that humanity be able to perceive right and wrong, and have access to both. God thus gave humanity the means to earn the attachment to God that God sought to give.
made man named Adam
How was Adam created?
"Genesis 2: 7 Then the LordGod formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."

Let me ask you this: what does the name Adam mean in Hebrew?
Adam (אדם) means human being or person.
Adam is also related to the words "red" and "earth."

mankind above all of creation
Mankind above all of creation:
(Midrash to Genesis 2:19)
When the Holy One, blessed be He, was about to to create humankind, He consulted with His ministering angels, saying, "Let us make Adam." The angels responded, "What's so wonderful about this Adam?" So He brought each creature before the angels and asked them, "This creature, what is its name?" But they did not know. Then He brought the creatures before Adam and asked him, "This creature, what is its name?" To which Adam responded, "This is shor [Hebrew for ox], this is chamor [donkey]..."

"reading the Torah literally by the Zohar"
Zohar states:
If a man looks upon the Torah as merely a book presenting narratives and everyday matters, alas for him! Such a Torah, one treating with everyday concerns, and indeed a more excellent one, we too, even we, could compile. More than that, in the possession of the rulers of the world there are books of even greater merit, and these we could emulate if we wished to compile some such torah. But the Torah, in all of its words, holds supernal truths and sublime secrets.
Thus the tales related in the Torah are simply her outer garments, and woe to the man who regards that outer garb as the Torah itself, for such a man will be deprived of portion in the next world. Thus David said:" Open Thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Thy law" (Psalms 119:18), that is to say, the things that are underneath. See now. The most visible part of a man are the clothes that he has on, and they who lack understanding, when they look at the man, are apt not to see more in him than these clothes. In reality, however, it is the body of the man that constitutes the pride of his clothes, and his soul constitutes the pride of his body.
Woe to the sinners who look upon the Torah as simply tales pertaining to things of the world, seeing thus only the outer garment. But the righteous whose gaze penetrates to the very Torah, happy are they. Just as wine must be in a jar to keep, so the Torah must also be contained in an outer garment. That garment is made up of the tales and stories; but we, we are bound to penetrate beyond.[32]

"from time" by Drake
I was just listening to Drake's song "from time" #JheneAiko sings the hook ;this is what she said:
"love me, I love me, enough for the both of us
That's why you trust me, I know you been through more than most of us
So what are you? What are you, what are you, so afraid of?
Darling you, you give but you cannot take love" ~ Jhene Aiko

"Adam and Eve & Romeo and Juliet"
Did the story of Adam and Eve eating from the forbidden tree inspires Shakespeare to write Romeo and Juliet?
“And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, ‘You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die’” (Genesis 2:16–17).
"And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat; and she gave also unto her husband with her, and he did eat".(Genesis 3:20 3:23)
The question is: why would Adam eat from a tree Gd told him he would die from?
My thought : the love Adam had for his wife was an experience beyond his imagination . To the point, when Adam saw his wife was about to die because she ate from the tree...he decided that there was no point to live without her. so adam ate from the forbidden tree knowing he was going to die.
This idea reminds me of the play writer William Shakespeare and his story of Romeo and Juliet. Check it out below:
The play, set in Verona, begins with a street brawl between Montague and Capulet servants who, like their masters, are sworn enemies. Prince Escalus of Verona intervenes and declares that further breach of the peace will be punishable by death. Later, Count Paristalks to Capulet about marrying his daughter Juliet, but Capulet asks Paris to wait another two years and invites him to attend a planned Capulet ball. Lady Capulet and Juliet's nurse try to persuade Juliet to accept Paris's courtship.
Meanwhile, Benvolio talks with his cousin Romeo, Montague's son, about Romeo's recent depression. Benvolio discovers that it stems from unrequited infatuation for a girl namedRosaline, one of Capulet's nieces. Persuaded by Benvolio and Mercutio, Romeo attends the ball at the Capulet house in hopes of meeting Rosaline. However, Romeo instead meets and falls in love with Juliet. Juliet's cousin, Tybalt, is enraged at Romeo for sneaking into the ball, but is only stopped from killing Romeo by Juliet's father, who doesn't wish to shed blood in his house. After the ball, in what is now called the "balcony scene", Romeo sneaks into the Capulet orchard and overhears Juliet at her window vowing her love to him in spite of her family's hatred of the Montagues. Romeo makes himself known to her and they agree to be married. With the help of Friar Laurence, who hopes to reconcile the two families through their children's union, they are secretly married the next day.
Tybalt, meanwhile, still incensed that Romeo had sneaked into the Capulet ball, challenges him to a duel. Romeo, now considering Tybalt his kinsman, refuses to fight. Mercutio is offended by Tybalt's insolence, as well as Romeo's "vile submission,"[1] and accepts the duel on Romeo's behalf. Mercutio is fatally wounded when Romeo attempts to break up the fight. Grief-stricken and wracked with guilt, Romeo confronts and slays Tybalt.
Montague argues that Romeo has justly executed Tybalt for the murder of Mercutio. The Prince, now having lost a kinsman in the warring families' feud, exiles Romeo from Verona, under penalty of death if he ever returns. Romeo secretly spends the night in Juliet's chamber, where they consummate their marriage. Capulet, misinterpreting Juliet's grief, agrees to marry her to Count Paris and threatens to disown her when she refuses to become Paris's "joyful bride."[2] When she then pleads for the marriage to be delayed, her mother rejects her.
Juliet visits Friar Laurence for help, and he offers her a drug that will put her into a deathlike coma for "two and forty hours."[3] The Friar promises to send a messenger to inform Romeo of the plan, so that he can rejoin her when she awakens. On the night before the wedding, she takes the drug and, when discovered apparently dead, she is laid in the family crypt.
The messenger, however, does not reach Romeo and, instead, Romeo learns of Juliet's apparent death from his servant Balthasar. Heartbroken, Romeo buys poison from anapothecary and goes to the Capulet crypt. He encounters Paris who has come to mourn Juliet privately. Believing Romeo to be a vandal, Paris confronts him and, in the ensuing battle, Romeo kills Paris. Still believing Juliet to be dead, he drinks the poison. Juliet then awakens and, finding Romeo dead, stabs herself with his dagger. The feuding families and the Prince meet at the tomb to find all three dead. Friar Laurence recounts the story of the two "star-cross'd lovers". The families are reconciled by their children's deaths and agree to end their violent feud. The play ends with the Prince's elegy for the lovers: "For never was a story of more woe / Than this of Juliet and her Romeo."[4]

Justin Bieber & the Torah
#JustinBieber's lyrics in his new song "swap it out" reminds me of the #Torahportion #Bereishit when Gd created Eve from Adams flesh:
(Justin Bieber)
Open up to me, it's all you gotta do
Give me all your heart, I'll swap mine out with you
Swap it out with you
Swap it out with you
You come into my world
I gave my world to you
We can swap swap swap it out
Oh swappin' out will only change your life
But it's worth it the sacrifice
After all what do we have to lose
Nothing
Don't separate our destiny
By separating you from me
These are the terms
That we're made for each other
(Genesis)
But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.”

"lift off"
#Beyonce's lyrics in the song "lift off" (featuring jay-z and Kanye West) pretty much sum's up my life right now:
We gonna take it to the moon, take it to the stars
How many people you know can take it this far?
I'm supercharged, we about to take this whole thing to Mars
Now we gonna take it to the moon, take it to the stars
We don't know what we could do to make it this far
So many scars, we about to take this whole thing to Mars..
We gonna take it to the moon, take it to the stars
How many people you know can take it this far?
I'm supercharged, we about to take this whole thing to Mars
Now we gonna take it to the moon, take it to the stars
We don't know what we could do to make it this far
So many scars, we about to take this whole thing to Mars..

did Moses really have a speech impediment?
An interesting query comes from Gerald M. Siegel, professor emeritus in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at the University of Minnesota. He writes:
In the Torah [Exodus 4:10], Moses initially resists being God’s messenger because of his speech, saying: “Please, O Lord, I have never been a man of words…. I am heavy of mouth and heavy of tongue.” From this the rabbis concluded that Moses was a stutterer, which a story in the midrash attributes to his having burned his tongue on hot coals as an infant. Yet why decide that he stuttered rather than that he suffered from some other speech impediment? On what basis was this explanation given?
"This is an interesting position because there's no where in Torah stating Moses having any issues speaking to the Israelites or God"
